I checked sites selling Stevems and Williams glass but could not find this pattern. Similarly shaped items were listed as candy dishes or finger bowls.

| When this marigold bowl sold in 2022, the auctioneer, Tom Burns, hadn't seen it before and chose not to give it a name, instead using the name of the company who he suspected made it. It is 4 3/4 inches across and 2 1/2 inches tall. It sold for $80.
