Monument plates, Imperial
During the 1970s, Imperial produced a series of plates celebrating America's greatest landmarks. The three shown here are Mount Rushmore (green), Statue of Liberty (amber), and Monument Valley, Arizona (Rubigold). Others in the series were US Capital (red), Golden Gate Bridge (black, made by Westmoreland), and Mount Vernon (yellow). Prices for plates in this series vary widely but are generally worth between $10 and $15.
