Art Deco Swirl

This unusual vase sold in 2021 for $30. I've never heard or seen another. It was listed as being blue and 7 inches tall with a 2 1/2 inch base. No indication of a maker. Photo courtesy of Shefflied auctions. In my estimation, it should have sold for much more considering how pretty it is.
