Windflower, Dugan
Cleo and Jerry Kudlac, avid Windflower collectors, report six ruffle, ten ruffle, and ice cream shaped bowls. Blue, normally a scarce Dugan color, is found fairly often in the plates, such as that above left. There are also two different nappy shapes. On the right is the typical nappy shape.
