| Apparently these 8-inch vases were difficult to get out of the mold, so they often have manufacturing flaws such as strawmarks. They were made in marigold (Rubigold--1965-1972) and smoke (Peacock--1965-1972). This smoke example sold at a live auction in 2004 for $20; a similar one sold on eBay in 2004 for $54.
