| There are two sizes of Northwood Thin Rib vases. Standard size and midsize (there are no funeral sizes). The standard size has nine ribs. There were at least four different molds used for the standard size and base diameters range from 3 3/8 inches to 3 3/4 inches. Heights range from 6 1/2 to 11 inches. The Jester's Cap, with one point pulled up, is scarce. The midsize Thin Rib has eight ribs and a base diameter of 4 3/4 inches. Most are 12 to 15 inches in height. The jardiniere, shown on the right with a midsize in aqua opal, is rare. | |

| This photo of a rare Jester's Cap in ice blue was sent to me in 2009. The owner said he won it on eBay in 2008 and knows of two others. |
