Golden Boy With Swan
Like other patterns with the pattern incised into the outside base and the marigold iridescence applied to the pattern only, it is thought to have been made by the Swedish glassmaker Eda. This example sold at auction in 1999 for $345 under the name Intaglio Boy and Swan (reportedly one of two known). Other patterns that appear in this style include Golden Blackberries, Golden Pansies, Golden Thistle, Golden Poppies, Diana the Huntress, and Golden Cupid.
